Saved Soaks - Tetteh Djanmah

Tetteh Djangmah,
Saved Qodesh

I've been listening to Shomcom 2011 and a couple other messages and I deciphered that there was something really significant and deep going on in the spirit, and especially in the church. The year before during Homecoming 2010, Bishop preached about building the church in his first message, then again during the ISI conference he started off with building the church. Then the Saved Homecoming theme turned out to be, that’s right, CHURCH! From what I have been listening to, Jesus is so passionate about building His church, and so focused on it that he ranks it topmost before anything else.

In Matt: 7:24 while being taught in depth about the differences between building on a rock and building in sand, I got to know building on a rock is hard! It’s tough to drill, tough to move about and difficult to work with. That is why growing the church and stabilizing people in it is so hard! But it’s so worth it!  In the end, after all that rain, all those floods, all that wind; it was still standing. Probably battered and a little worn but STILL STANDING! Trials and harsh times will come to the church,  that much is evident, but once we decide to build on that rock, we won’t be like others who'll end up weeping and gnashing their teeth as they look upon a pile of ruins that used to be their house. "I'd rather decide to help God build something He is building" are the words of Rev Oko and my words also. I'm bent on working on that rock until I see a huge building standing on a foundation, rooted and grounded in a rock of Love!
